We are proud to be the preferred lighting vendor at many of Portland’s best venues. We offer a variety of packages featuring our most popular treatments for each venue. Use these as a jumping off point, and for more custom lighting features, we’ll work with you to make those happen too.
The Eleanor
What a gem of a space, great for medium-size meetings and gatherings, with wonderful high ceilings and big windows, but after dark it really lights up well, with projected themes, decorative fixtures, or in your brand’s color.
The Evergreen PDX
Located in uber-hip inner Southeast Portland, The Evergreen is a completely refurbished vintage cotillion ballroom, with nice high ceilings that include options for us to hang a variety of equipment for lots and lots of great lighting looks.
Everett West
In the hottest part of Portland’s hottest ‘hood, The Everett gives you a huge canvas to paint on, and a private courtyard to boot! Fresh, new and sparkling, the lighting options are almost unlimited.
Urban Studio
This wonderful Pearl District venue is perfect for small to medium Wedding Receptions, brand launches, and other similar events in need of a great location and delicious catering. We can create a myriad of lighting treatments in this venue at very affordable prices.
Bridal Veil Lakes
If you’ve never visited this magical Columbia Gorge outdoor venue, you are missing out! Truly an Oregon Treasure, this is a fantastic place to land for a private and exclusive wedding and reception. Our ready-to-book packages work wonderfully and allow for a host of looks, helping you create a sumptuous environment for your guests after the sun sets.
Left Bank Annex
With two floors of beautifully refurbished industrial-themed gathering space, as well as a mezzanine with a sweeping view of their Great Hall, this wonderful venue absolutely loves our lighting treatments. We have many packages available for this centrally located space, but uncountable custom options are also possible.
The Nines Hotel
This is The Prestige Address for upscale events in Downtown Portland, complete with Murano glass chandeliers and a perfectly proportioned ballroom space that allows us to create some stunning lighting treatments.
District East
Need to gather a sizeable group for dinner, celebration, festival, or meeting? This is a great option! Not only is there lots of floor space in this converted warehouse, it boasts a large, completely walled-in outdoor courtyard as well!
The Sentinel Hotel
With the most diverse collection of event spaces from small to very large, our clients come here for classically elegant atmosphere and great food. The lighting options are many and varied, especially in their two largest ballrooms.
Union Pine
This fun, funky, completely Portland venue has a great vibe for weddings, meetings, and branding events, with a great location to boot. We offer very affordable uplighting packages, and lots of custom treatments with a cool, urban vibe are possible.
West End Ballroom
With two function spaces and loads of history, the West End allows for many great lighting options, while giving users a very convenient Downtown Portland location, and even an exterior marquee over the front entrance!
Yale Union
Searching for that “urban warehouse” look, with plenty of vintage charm? The YU might just be your thing! Nice all-white high ceilings, arched windows, and brick walls make this a terrific canvas for our lighting techniques, to help create a memorable event.
Zenith Vineyard
With a lovely ballroom overlooking stunning territorial Willamette Valley views, and a big lawn space below, it’s hard to go wrong if you’re looking for great lighting out in Wine Country for your next destination event.
Summit Grove Lodge
If a log cabin is more your thing (but a really, really nice one), this might just be your place. Near Ridgefield just north of Vancouver, WA, sits this wonderfully restored wedding venue, for which we offer great uplighting and café string packages.
Maysara Winery
Tucked in the rolling hills of Oregon’s Wine Country, this very large event space is just waiting for any of our creative lighting treatments, from pattern projection to uplighting and beyond. We have several packages available, as well as many custom treatments.
Ecotrust Jean Vollum Center
Another great Pearl District venue, perfect for association events, small product rollouts, and fun receptions, we have many lighting options for this space, from the simplest wall washes to precise centerpiece pinspotting to café strings, and beyond.
Benson Hotel
With two very different ballroom spaces and a wonderful “club” environment as potential rental venues, this is one of Portland’s classic addresses for elegant, themed gatherings. Lighting options abound, especially in the ballrooms.
Abernethy Center Chapel and Ballroom
With a brand new “classic look” wedding chapel and a generously-sized ballroom, this facility gives you lots of gathering options, and a location that serves Clackamas County and East Portland very well.
